DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

No! We take walk-ins! If you would like to make a pageant appointment, please give us a call at 580-355-8855. We have 16 dressing rooms and plenty of stylists to help you! 


CAN I BRING MY DRESS BACK IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any refunds or exchanges for any reason. This is the industry norm since we have a very short selling season! 


WHEN SHOULD I SHOP TO GET THE BEST SELECTIONS FOR PROM?

Anytime! New dresses arrive all the time. There is no specific "best" time. 


CAN I BE SURE NOBODY AT MY PROM WILL HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME DRESS?

 We can't guarantee it, Someone can always show up in a dress they bought somewhere else. We recommend schools start a group chat and share their dresses with each other to keep track!

DO YOU HAVE SHORT DRESSES?

We do carry short dresses! 


DO YOU CARRY BRIDAL DRESSES?   MOTHER OF THE BRIDE DRESSES?  FLOWER GIRL DRESSES?

Unfortunately, we do not carry these in-store! However, we can special order these dresses in our bridal/mob catalog!

WILL YOU HOLD A DRESS FOR ME WHILE I DECIDE?

Our hold policy is $20 for every 24 hours it is off the floor! The $20 can't be transferred to any other dress and is non-refundable.
However, if you decide to purchase the dress that was put on hold, the $20 will be put towards the balance of the dress!


DO YOU DO ALTERATIONS IN THE STORE?

We do have an in-house seamstress Violeta! Alterations are not included in the price of the dress, and Violeta's spots get filled up quickly during prom season. Make sure to bring the shoes and undergarments you plan on wearing so that you can get a spot quickly! Violeta is her own separate business located inside the store, so please make sure you get her contact information. It is out of our hands, once it is in alterations.

We have sizes 000-24!
